A meeting of the Shirley/Papanui Community Board was held at 5pm on Monday 2 February 2004

Present:	Yvonne Palmer (Chairperson), Myra Barry, Robin Booth, Anne Carroll, Graham Condon, Megan Evans, Dennis Hills (Deputy Chairperson), Ingrid Stonhill, Norm Withers and Stephen Wright.
Apologies:	Megan Evans left the meeting at 6.15pm. Graham Condon and Norm Withers left the meeting at 6.30pm. Stephen Wright left the meeting at 6.45pm. Ingrid Stonhill left the meeting at 7.15pm.
